How big are the pods, exactly?
Both the Storage Pod and the Office Pod have a 7×7 footprint. Big enough
for bikes, tires, tools, and seasonal gear — or a desk, chair, and monitor
setup in the office version — while still fitting in a normal backyard.
How does delivery work?
We deliver anywhere within about 20 minutes of our Ottawa yard, and the pod
arrives flat-packed on a trailer. Farther out? Text us your postal code and we'll
sort it out straight — no games.
Do I have to build it myself?
Only if you want to. Ask for Home Setup and our crew assembles the whole pod
at your place, right where you want it, same visit. If you're handy, the panels
bolt together and you can absolutely DIY it.
Will it fit through my gate?
That's the whole point of the flat-pack design. The pod moves as individual
panels, not one welded box, so a standard gate or side-yard path is usually plenty.

Do I need a permit?
Rules depend on your municipality and where the pod sits on your property, so
check your local bylaws for small accessory structures. If you're unsure, text us

What's the difference between the two pods?
The Storage Pod is a lockable steel pod for stuff. The Office Pod is a room
for people — insulated, wired for electricity, with a real door and
windows. Same footprint, very different jobs.
Can I see one in person first?
Absolutely. We're at the Longyards yard on Bank Street in Ottawa. Text us and
we'll set up a time — kick the walls, slam the doors, see exactly what you're
buying before you buy it.
